This document establishes the legal terms applicable to the use of the https://dragonforce.fcporto.pt website and the services provided therein, namely:

Pre-registration and enrollment in Dragon Force Soccer Schools;
Participation in training sessions, training programs and sporting events;
Submission of applications to join technical teams or open partner schools.

For additional purposes, the General Terms and Conditions of the official FC Porto website shall apply, with the necessary adaptations. We recommend that you read these documents carefully, including the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, available at https://www.fcporto.pt.

Use of this website implies and presupposes that the user has read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

This website is the official platform for communication, registration and interaction with the Dragon Force Football Schools network.

Definitions

1. Dragon Force - Training brand of Futebol Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD, which designates the network of Football Schools and sports development programs aimed at children and young people between the ages of 4 and 15.

2. Dragon Force Soccer Schools - Local sports training structures integrated into the national Dragon Force network, aimed at the regular practice of soccer by children and young people between the ages of 4 and 15, according to the technical and pedagogical models defined by Futebol Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD.

3. Dragon Force Portal - Official digital platform accessible at https://dragonforce.fcporto.pt, aimed at disseminating information, pre-registering for training sessions, submitting applications and managing events organized under the Dragon Force umbrella.

4. User - Any person who accesses or uses the Dragon Force Portal, including parents, human resources candidates, partners or athletes.

5. Guardian - A person of legal age who, as the legal representative of a minor, registers, pays and communicates with the Dragon Force team, taking responsibility for the information submitted and compliance with the regulations.

6.Dragon Force Activities - Sporting and training events organized by Dragon Force, including Super Camps, Super Workouts, Talent Hunts, Foot-Camps and Internal Tournaments.

1. Ownership of the website

1.1 This website(https://dragonforce.fcporto.pt) is the official site of the Dragon Force project, a sports training brand managed by Futebol Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD. Through this platform, informative content is disseminated and services such as pre-registration for Football Schools, registration for sporting/training events, sending recruitment applications and partnership proposals are made available.

1.2 Its content is the property of the Futebol Clube do Porto Group, which includes, among others, the following entities:

By accessing any part or section of this website, by using it, or any service linked to it, the user declares that they accept these "Terms and Conditions", and are bound by any and all obligations contained in this document. If you do not accept, please stop using this website immediately.

The Futebol Clube do Porto Group reserves the right to change both the content and services of this page, as well as this "Terms and Conditions" at any time and without prior notice, and the respective changes take effect from the exact moment they are published on this website. Acceptance is presumed if the user continues to use the website after the changes have taken effect. Therefore, the user is advised by Grupo Futebol Clube do Porto to regularly consult the "Terms and Conditions" to check for updates and changes.
Grupo Futebol Clube do Porto also reserves for itself the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove the website and other content and also reserves for itself the right, at any time and without prior notice, to limit, refuse or interrupt, in part or in full, any user's access to this website.
The rights referred to in this section may be exercised by Grupo Futebol Clube do Porto without the need to provide any good reason.

1.6. By registering an athlete, submitting an application or interacting with the services of the Portal, the user acknowledges that they are establishing a legal relationship with Futebol Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD.

2. Privacy

2.1. Personal data collected through the use of this website by private users will be processed in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and under the terms set out in our "Privacy and Data Protection Policy", which can be consulted here.

2.2. This website uses cookies in order to improve the user's browsing experience and ensure the efficiency of the services provided. For more information, please consult our "Privacy and Data Protection Policy".

3. Intellectual property

3.1 All content published on this website is the property of the Futebol Clube do Porto Group. However, there may be situations in which the content published is the property of third parties. In such cases, such content will only be made available after authorization from the respective owner.

3.3 "FC PORTO", "FUTEBOL CLUBE DO PORTO" and "DRAGON FORCE" are some of the trademarks of the Futebol Clube do Porto Group. The use and registration of any trademark registered by the Futebol Clube do Porto Group is strictly reserved for the latter, and the user is not authorized to register or use any company name, trade name, brand or distinctive signs.

3.4. The user is not authorized to modify, publish, transmit, share, transfer, reproduce, distribute, execute, reprocess, assign or commercially exploit, in whole or in part, the contents or services (including the software itself) of this website. However, the user is permitted to download or copy the integral contents that can be downloaded from this website, provided that this is done exclusively for personal use, with respect for copyright and other intellectual rights and provided that mention is made of the brand(s) described above in these reproductions.

3.4. The practice of any conduct referred to in the first part of the previous paragraph is expressly prohibited, without prejudice to cases in which the Futebol Clube do Porto Group has previously authorized it in writing.

O Grupo Futebol Clube do Porto não se responsabiliza por quaisquer prejuízos sofridos pelo utilizador e/ ou por terceiros que possam advir de falhas técnicas de captação, visualização ou utilização que não lhe sejam imputáveis ou decorrentes de desatualização dos conteúdos. Não se responsabiliza, igualmente, por prejuízos sofridos pelo utilizador e/ ou por terceiros que possam advir de qualquer utilização não autorizada dos servidores do Grupo Futebol Clube do Porto e/ ou de toda a informação e dados aí alojados. O Grupo Futebol Clube do Porto não assume qualquer responsabilidade pelos prejuízos decorrentes de eventuais situações de impossibilidade, atraso, suspensão ou interrupção no acesso a este website em virtude de falhas técnicas ou outros motivos, não garantindo, talqualmente, o acesso ao website sem interrupções ou perturbações resultantes de problemas técnicos.

5. Interaction with the Dragon Force Portal

5.1. The use of certain features of the website https://dragonforce.fcporto.ptwebsite, such as pre-registering for training sessions, registering for sporting events, sending applications and partnership proposals, requires filling in online forms with personal data, including full name, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number and, where applicable, address and affiliation.

5.2. The data collected is processed in compliance with the applicable Data Protection legislation and is intended exclusively for operational management, communication with users and compliance with legal obligations, also under the terms defined by the Privacy Policy.

5.3. The forms submitted on the portal do not create a permanent "User Account", but the data provided must be accurate, complete and up-to-date. The user or guardian undertakes to provide true and accurate information, taking full responsibility for any omission or falsehood.

5.4. Futebol Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD reserves the right to cancel any application or registration based on incorrect, incomplete or fraudulent data.

5.5. The Dragon Force portal does not have an authenticated personal area. Participation in events or programs is subject to timely validation of each registration, and communications and confirmations are made by e-mail and/or direct telephone contact.

5.6. Proof of registration or payment is sent after submission of the form, where applicable, and must be saved by the user.

6. User responsibility

The user represents, declares and warrants that:

A. No material sent to the e-mail addresses listed on the website (e.g. [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected], [email protected], among others) contains content that is defamatory, offensive, vexatious, pornographic, obscene, offensive, intimidating, racist, instigates the commission of any illegal act or violates any property rights of third parties, including, by way of example, any copyright.

B. User content is submitted by adults, and if the user is a minor, any material submitted must be reviewed, authorized and consented to by their legal representative.

C. The user acknowledges and agrees that any and all elements submitted via e-mail may be used by any company of the Futebol Clube do Porto Group, without prejudice to the rules of Copyright and Related Rights, Industrial Property or Privacy and Data Protection, and no compensation or acknowledgment is due to the user.

D. Following the previous paragraph, the user grants the Futebol Clube do Porto Group a global, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable or transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, use in public, display in public, transmit and publish.

E. You authorize the Futebol Clube do Porto Group to retain, record and analyze communications sent electronically, whenever necessary to prevent fraud, resolve operational incidents, validate identities or comply with legal obligations.

F. The user, or their legal representative in the case of minors, expressly acknowledges and accepts that failure to comply with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions, as well as the rules of conduct or participation applicable to the activities promoted by Futebol Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD within the scope of the Dragon Force project, may justify, at the discretion of the organization, the immediate exclusion of the participant from the activity in question, without the right to any refund, compensation or replacement of the place.

7. Portal features and services

7.1. The portal https://dragonforce.fcporto.pt provides various functionalities related to Dragon Force's training and institutional activities, including:

Registration for sporting and training events, such as Foot-Camp, Super Training, Super Camps, internal tournaments and technical recruitment actions (e.g. Talent Hunt). Participation in these events requires prior registration, full payment and validation by Futebol Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD as part of the Dragon Force project.
Places are limited and allocated in order of receipt of duly submitted registrations accompanied by the respective payment. Registration will only be considered valid after express confirmation by Dragon Force.

Pre-registration in Dragon Force Soccer Schools, which entitles the student to participate in two experimental training sessions, with a view to technical observation and pedagogical integration in the context of the respective school. The user's indication of a desired team or class at the time of pre-registration does not, in itself, confer any right to the corresponding place, which is subject to express validation by the technical coordination of the school in question, such decision being taken on the basis of criteria of a technical, pedagogical and/or logistical nature.
If a student joins a Dragon Force competition team, this can only happen through an official invitation issued by the technical coordinator of the respective Dragon Force School.
The expression of interest in this regard does not constitute any subjective right of access to the aforementioned competitive level, and its attribution is subject to technical evaluation and an autonomous decision by the responsible entity.

Submission of applications for recruitment, aimed at presenting proposals for collaboration with the technical, pedagogical or administrative structure of the Dragon Force network. The submission of an application is merely spontaneous or indicative, and does not bind Futebol Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD contractually, nor does it give the candidate any legitimate expectation of selection or hiring. The applications received will be analyzed and screened internally by the team responsible for recruitment, and personal data will be treated confidentially and exclusively for the purposes of managing the recruitment process.

Proposals to open partner schools or hold national or international events can be made by filling in the appropriate form available on the website.

The expressions of interest submitted will be subject to technical, strategic and commercial evaluation by Futebol Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD within the scope of the Dragon Force project, and do not in themselves constitute any contractual commitment, obligation to respond or guarantee of acceptance.

8. Cancellation and refund policy

8.1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "formalized registration" means registration whose validation has been expressly communicated by Futebol Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD within the scope of the Dragon Force project to the participant (or their legal representative), following receipt and confirmation of payment due.

8.2. Once registration has been formalized, no refund will be due in the event of cancellation at the initiative of the participant, except in exceptional situations, duly substantiated and subject to the express acceptance of Futebol Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD, within the scope of the Dragon Force project.

8.3. This clause applies exclusively to events and parallel activities organized by Futebol Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD as part of the Dragon Force project, and is not applicable to regular registrations at the Dragon Force Football School. For the purposes of cancellations and refunds relating to the regular practice of the Dragon Force Schools, the provisions of the General Regulations of the Dragon Force Football School must be observed, which shall prevail for these purposes.

9. Final provisions

9.1 Failure to comply with the obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions or the rules of conduct applicable to the activities organized by Futebol Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD under the Dragon Force project may result, at the discretion of the organizer, in the immediate exclusion of the participant, as well as, in applicable cases, the refusal to participate in future activities, without the right to any refund or compensation.

9.2 Futebol Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD reserves the right to adopt all the measures it deems necessary to protect its rights and legitimate interests, under the legislation in force and its internal regulations.

9.3 Futebol Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD cannot be held responsible for failures to fulfill contractual obligations whenever this is due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, including, but not limited to, pandemics, strikes, government decisions, armed conflicts, interruptions of telecommunications services, fires, floods or other natural disasters.

9.4 In the event that any clause of these Terms and Conditions is deemed null and void, ineffective or annulled by a binding judicial or administrative decision, this shall not affect the validity and effectiveness of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect under the terms of Article 292 of the Civil Code.

9.5 All matters governed by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by Portuguese law.

9.6 For the resolution of any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the courts of Oporto shall have jurisdiction, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.

9.7 For any question related to the services, registrations, applications, partnership proposals or other related matters, the user may contact Futebol Clube do Porto - Futebol, SAD within the scope of the Dragon Force project, through the channels indicated in the "Contacts" section of the official Dragon Force website (https://dragonforce.fcporto.pt).
