Cancellation and Return Policy – Dragon Force Events
Registration for events organized by Dragon Force is subject to the following conditions:
1. Cancellation at the participant’s request
Cancellation of registration must be requested in writing via Dragon Force’s official email address.
In the event of cancellation:
– Up to 10 days before the event begins:
A voucher for 100% of the registration fee will be issued.
– Between 9 and 3 days before the event begins:
A voucher for 50% of the registration fee will be issued.
– Less than 72 hours before the start of the event or in the event of a no-show:
No refunds will be issued
2. Voucher validity
– The voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
– The voucher can be used at any Dragon Force event, subject to availability.
3. Withdrawal after the event has begun
– Once the event has begun, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
4. Failure to appear
– In the event of a no-show, no voucher will be issued.
5. Cancellation or change by the organization
Dragon Force reserves the right to cancel or change events due to force majeure or operational reasons.
In these cases:
– A voucher for the full amount of the registration fee will be issued, or
– Participants may choose to transfer directly to another equivalent event.
6. Exceptional circumstances
– Exceptional circumstances (e.g., an injury verified by a doctor’s note) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Non-transferability
– Registrations are personal and may not be transferred to third parties without the express authorization of the organizing body.
– The vouchers issued are also personal and non-transferable.
