Cancellation and Return Policy – Dragon Force Events
1. Cancellation at the participant’s request
The cancellation request must be submitted in writing to Dragon Force’s official email address.
In the event of cancellation, the following rules apply:
- Up to 10 days before the event begins:
A voucher for the full amount (100%) of the registration fee will be issued. - Between 9 and 3 days before the event begins:
A voucher for 50% of the amount paid will be issued. - Less than 72 hours before the event begins, or in the event of a no-show:
No refunds or vouchers will be issued.
We do not issue cash refunds.
2. Voucher validity and terms and conditions
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Vouchers can be used at any Dragon Force event, subject to availability.
- Vouchers are personal, non-transferable, and non-renewable.
3. Withdrawal after the event has begun
- Once the event or activity has begun, no vouchers or refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- If a participant fails to show up without providing prior notice within the specified time frame, they are not entitled to a refund or a voucher.
5. Cancellation or change by the organization
Dragon Force reserves the right to cancel or change events due to force majeure or operational reasons.
In such situations, one of the following options will be provided:
- Issuance of a voucher for the full amount of the registration fee, or
- Transfer of registration to another equivalent event.
6. Exceptional circumstances
- Duly documented exceptional circumstances (such as an injury or illness supported by a doctor’s note) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; however, they do not, in and of themselves, confer an automatic right to a refund or voucher.
7. Personal nature of the registration
- Registrations and vouchers are personal and non-transferable, unless expressly authorized by Dragon Force.
