Istanbul will have a school operating with the Dragon Force methodology
The Yeşilyurt Geleceğim Eğitim school, located in Istanbul, Turkey, is the latest to integrate the international Dragon Force certification into its extracurricular soccer activity.
With over 16 years' experience and countless proven successes, the Dragon Force Project has established itself as a benchmark in sports and educational training. Since 2010, it has strictly complied with ISO 9001 standards in the management and operation of soccer schools and sporting events. Today, it has an international certification mechanism aimed at soccer schools and colleges that wish to adopt the Dragon Force processes, procedures and methodology. This seal of quality, awarded by FC Porto, is the result of a rigorous training process for local human resources and continuous monitoring of the practices implemented by the partners.
Starting this month, the Yeşilyurt Geleceğim Eğitim school will be audited by a multidisciplinary team from FC Porto. In addition, an FC Porto Technical Coordinator will train the local technical staff and monitor their development, ensuring the ongoing implementation of Dragon Force best practices.
For Halíl Eyínç, head of the school, "the launch of the Dragon Force International Certification program in Turkey marks a significant milestone, offering a unique opportunity to students."
"This collaboration promises to make an impact on school sport, playing a key role in the development of young people who love soccer. The partnership between Birr Group, Yeşilyurt Geleceğim Koleji and FC Porto is set to raise the standards of soccer education in Turkey, highlighting young Turkish talent on the global stage and bringing a new energy to the country's soccer," he added.
Artem Avanesyan, a representative of the Birr Group, which is also collaborating on the project, said: "FC Porto and the Birr Group are taking an important step in the development of soccer schools in Turkey. We are excited about this partnership with one of the best clubs in the world, known for its century-old history and traditions. We believe that with FC Porto's unique approach, we can transform soccer education in the country."
Ricardo Frey Ramos, Executive Manager of the Dragon Force project, emphasizes that "the expansion to Turkey reinforces FC Porto's global vision".
"We are implementing our methodology which not only develops children who love soccer, but also reflects the club's values and identity. The Dragon Force international certification is not just a seal of quality, but a commitment to rigor and excellence in our daily work to prepare champions for life," he said.
This is the first of many steps in expanding the project to other Turkish regions, consolidating FC Porto's role in international sports training.
